Q: How can I check availability for booking the hall?
A: Please contact the lettings office between 4 pm and 9 pm, Monday to Friday on 01237 429501 or email pbullen@athenalearningtrust.uk or lettings lettings@athenalearningtrust.uk
Q: How much is needed for a deposit?
A: 25% deposit is required when booking.
Q: Is there a main room?
A: Yes, which has couches, chairs and trestle tables provided.
Q: Are bedding and towels provided?
A: No, please bring bedding and towels with you.
Q: Is there WIFI available?
A: Yes, there is WIFI available.
Q: What is the minimum number of nights we can stay?
A: One night minimum stay.
Q: What time can we arrive ?
A: Arrival time from 3pm.
Q: What time do we need to leave by?
A: Departure time before 11am.
Q: What are your prices?
A: £350 + VAT per night (£420)
Q: What happens if there are any damages to the property during my stay?
A: If you discover that anything is missing or damaged on arrival at Bachelor’s Hall you must notify us immediately on 01237 429501. If you do not notify us we will assume that you caused the relevant damage or loss.
You will be responsible for the cost of any damage to the accommodation or its contents caused by you or by any member of your party or animal brought with you.
Q: Are dogs allowed on the premises/during my stay?
A: We will only accept well behaved dogs and service dogs with prior notification necessary. Please contact pbullen@athenalearningtrust.uk
